For thermoplastic sheets bending
It's the smallest machine in the wide range of our heating machines. Malcomplast Engineering has designed it for the bending operations of thermoplastic sheets PMMA PVC, PS, PP, PC, of small size and thickness up to 5-6 mm if the heating and irradiation (with no contact) have one single source, and up to 15-20 mm if the sheet gets turned upside down more times. The tubular quartz-shielded resistance is located between the two piece support sections, cooled with water, whose symmetrical opening can be adjusted from 6 to 60 mm, in order to outline a linear heating surface where the piece can be evenly heated.
