This machine has been studied to solve definitively all the problems connected to the most complicated operation existing in the methacrylate processing, that is the edge polishing of plates and balls. Relux has been designed to avoid, in a quite reduced technical time granting an excellent polishing and edges sharp enough to allow a perfect head glueing and absolutely planimetric surfaces which need only to be lightly brightened. Relux design and construction are above all turned to the idea of its working-life in time, its mechanical unexcionability, its assurance, its great flexibility and easy control. We reach all that taking meticulously care of the machine making and preparation, besides the use for electronical, electrical and mechanical componente widly tested by the best Firm.
TECHNICAL DATA
Two solid side panels, opportunely jointed together by high-tensile steel longerons, form the frame of Relux which is quite well fitted to support every kind of stress without injuring the external appearance which has a nice design. Ground steel workingbench with supplementary steel tables also allowing the working of sizabie plates. lt is possible to work pieces with a lenght exceeding max workable thanks to the gooseneck passage placed on the left of the operator, The carriage, opportunely and carefully dimensioned, is driven by a high precision ball screw with a variable continuous feed speed from 0,10 to 2 m./ min. and a return speed until 7 m./min.

The "Fresacryl" milling polishing machine consist of a bearing plane fixed to a strong framework housing all electro-pneumatic feed and rotation devices.
The "Fresacryl" is a polishing machine equipped with a three-diamond edge cutter, suitable for mirror polishing mill sawn or fractionalised edges of thermo-plastic sheets.
The piece to be processed
can be placed on the machine in packs or singly, with thicknesses
from 3 to 60 mm. There is practically
no limit as far as the length of the sheet are concerned
but, in the case of exceptionally large pieces it is advisable
to fit suitable supports to the machine. Piece advancement
takes place means of two vertical rotary belts which grip
the pieces and convey them at a speed varying from 0.50
to 2 mt/min. The speed should be regulated in accordance
with the type of material to be processed. For example
: the ideal speed for obtaining the best polishing results
for methacrylate sheets Is 0.70-1 mt/min. The 3 diamond
edge cutter works horizontally at a rotating speed of 12.000
R.P.M. The "Fresacryl" is an extremely silent machine (max.
noise 80 dB ) the cutter regulated for an average removal
of about 0.5mm., requires regrinding every 4000.00 mt. approx. This operation should
obviously be carried out at our workshop. Chip removal
is obtained through a conveyor /pipe fitted under the
cutter head block which can be connected, by means of a
70 mm. diameter pipe, to an exhaust fan and filter (1500cu.mt./h).

The portable polisher MINI-PoliAcryl let you work panes up to a maximum thickness of 35 mm and thanks to its horizontal reclining platform it is possible to make bevels up to a maximum inclination of 60°.
It is moreover possible, with an inclination of 60° (max at disposal), to mill entirely a pane of a thickness of 15 mm.
The machine standard model is completely manual, from the inclination of the horizontal rotating working platform to the moving forward of the pane to work on: the pane to polish must be kept pressed against the working platforms and at the same time it must be moved forward against the diamond milling cutter that makes the polishing.
The semi-automatic model is complet of beltes with automatic advancement piece and pressing element.
