Bending tables (later called BT) allow the processing of sheets in thermoplastic material such as PMMA, PC, PE, PVC, etc. They are made using aluminum profiles, with coated chipboard support surfaces.
Equipped with metric references for adjusting the stop elements, graduated goniometers or protractor displayed for adjusting and locking the tilting surface.
The tables are built in the version: MOD. BT (light series)
MOD. TP \ PLUS (heavy series) entirely in aluminum profile and equipped with wheels for easy handling
On request, they can be supplied complete with a manually operated pneumatic stop (approximate stroke 30 mm) which allows, once the piece has been positioned, a rapid locking / pushing of the piece (manual solenoid valve control).
- pneumatically operated mobile pressing bar for piece clamping(functional for 180° sheet bending thickness 2-5 mm)
The pneumatic drive must be connected to a compressed air network or to a compressor (Not included in the supply)
